Clan Structure

[LWE] Operates a Chain of Command Structure. THis depends on the rank you have, below are the order of the ranks the highest being the most powerful.

Guild Leader
Guild Command Member
Squad Leader (Anyone above this gets Officer Status on the Guild Wars Guild System)
Squad Member
Normal Member

In a Chain of Command the higher up you are in the chain, the more power you have in the clan. For example a Squad Leader can order a Squad Member to do something and they would have to comply. A normal member however can't order a Squad Leader to do something.

In this system failure to comply with a order is called Insubordination. If you hear clearly the order but completly reject it then this is classed as Gross Insubordination.

IN THIS CLAN IF YOU COMMIT A ACT OF GROSS INSUBORDINATION YOU WILL BE DEMOTED IMMEDIATLY.

Anyone who commits a Insubordination in this clan will be warned. Continuation will be punished more severly.

Please note this clan is lax on these rules but we will use them if nessicary.

The only times you are allowed to completely disobey a order is:-

If the rank of the Orderer is NOT Highest Rank (if it's the guild leader you can't break this rule)
If the orderer is not in control of the order area (I.E Squad Leaders can't order you to go and recruit but they can order you to do something in Battle)
If the Orderer is doing something against your Morales or beliefs (if anyone does this REPORT it to the Clan Leader)
